Landscaping is a sizable investment. At Aversa Property Services, it is our job to educate you and lead you in the right direction. Initially, an in-person consultation is conducted in order for us to understand your vision and expectations. We will also take proper pictures and measurements. We then go to the drawing board and put together a plan. 3D rendering is our most popular form of planning. Rendering enables you to see the results of your construction before any ground is broken. The price for 3D rendering ranges from $300.00 - $1,500.00 depending on the size of the project. Once an initial plan is concluded, there will be another meeting (either in-person or via zoom.) This is when we walk you through the plan and go over pricing. If you are unsatisfied with our initial plan, we permit up to three (3) revisions free of charge. Once an agreement takes place, your rendering costs are subtracted from your total job cost, a timeline is put together, and your job is given a start date. We have a large network of in-house craftsmen and subcontractors, so no job is too big or too small. Our owner Nick is very hands-on throughout the entire process so you can expect to find him on your job site regularly.
